Understand guest passes

Learn how your tier sets guest rules, monthly allowances, and check-in fees.

Updated July 11, 2026

Guest passes let you bring visitors when staff check you in at the club. Your membership tier sets whether guests are allowed, how many complimentary passes you get each month, and whether additional guests cost a fee. Those rules appear on Home and at check-in before any charge is added.

What your club controls

  • Guest eligibility — some tiers do not allow guests at check-in.
  • Monthly allowance — your tier may include a set number of free guest passes each calendar month.
  • Per-guest fee — guests beyond your allowance, or every guest when no allowance exists, may be billed at a tier rate.
  • Reset timing — complimentary passes reset on the first of each month in your club's timezone.

What you may see in the portal

  • Membership on Home — a line under your tier name summarizing your guest pass policy (for example, Your tier includes 2 free guest passes per month, then $10.00 per guest.).
  • Guest passes card on Home — appears when your tier includes a monthly allowance. Shows how many free passes remain this month.
  • My visits — visit history plus a detailed allowance card when your tier includes monthly free passes.
  • Account balance — guest fees beyond your allowance appear as open charges, separate from membership dues.

How charges work

When staff check you in with guests that are not covered by your remaining allowance, Agora adds a guest fee to your account balance. This is not the same as your dues invoice. You can review charges on Account balance and pay online when your club has payments enabled.
