Understand your membership tier
Learn what your membership tier is, where to see it, and how it affects dues, guest passes, and club access.
Updated July 11, 2026
Your membership tier is the category your club assigned you — for example, Full Member, Social Member, or Family. It shapes what you pay in dues, whether you can bring guests at check-in, and which club services you can use. Your tier name and guest pass policy appear on the Home screen under Membership.
Where to see your tier
1Select Home in the member portal.
2Find the Membership section. Your tier name is shown below the Membership heading.
3Read the line under your tier name for your guest pass policy — for example whether guests are included, how many free passes you get per month, or what fee applies.
4Read the next line to see when your current membership period ends.
What your tier affects
1Dues — your tier determines the price your club charges for each membership period. Open invoices on the Dues page reflect your tier's rate.
2Guest passes — your tier sets whether you can bring guests at check-in, your monthly complimentary allowance, and any per-guest fee. See Understand guest passes for how allowances and charges work.
3Facility booking — some facilities or locations are limited to certain tiers. If a space does not appear when you book, your tier may not include access to it.
4Household size — each tier allows a set number of people on one membership. The portal does not show that limit; contact your club if you are unsure how many household contacts you can add.
