Cancel a booking
Release an upcoming facility reservation or withdraw a pending approval request.

You can cancel a facility reservation yourself when plans change, as long as the booking has not already ended. This works for confirmed reservations and for requests that are still waiting on staff approval.
Steps
1Open My bookings from Home (Your bookings → View all).
2In the Upcoming section, find the reservation you want to cancel.
3Select Cancel booking on the right side of the row.
4In the Cancel this booking? dialog, read the message. For a confirmed reservation, it explains that your reservation will be released. For a pending request, it explains that staff will no longer review it.
5Select Cancel booking to confirm, or Keep booking to go back without changes.
6The reservation moves to Past with a Cancelled status, and the time slot becomes available for others to book.
