Pay your account balance
Review open incidental charges and pay your account balance online.

Your account balance is separate from membership dues. Guest fees, group lesson charges, private session balance charges, and other incidental amounts accumulate here. Open Account balance to see what you owe, review individual charges, and pay online with a saved payment method.
Review your balance
1Select Account balance from the member portal navigation, or select View charges from the Membership section on Home when a balance is shown.
2Read Balance due at the top. The support line shows Nothing owed on your account when clear, or Pay at the front desk or contact the club when you owe money.
3Scroll to Open charges to see each unpaid item — for example guest fees, or lesson and private session charges your club posted to your account — with the date and location when shown.
4Scroll to Recent activity for a broader history of charges, including paid items shown as Paid.
Pay online
1When Balance due is greater than zero and online payments are enabled, find Pay account balance below the balance card.
2Select Pay balance.
3In the Confirm payment dialog, review the amount and choose a Payment method.
4Select Pay [amount] to complete the charge. While processing, the button shows Processing….
5On success you see Payment received. Your account balance is updated.
When online pay is unavailable
- Online payment is not available yet. Pay this balance at the front desk. — your club has not finished payment setup. Pay in person or contact the club.
- Add payment method — appears when you owe money but have no saved card or bank account. Add one under Settings → Payment methods, then return to Account balance.
