Cancel or change a private session
Cancel an upcoming private session or move it to a new date and time.

Upcoming private sessions appear under Coming up on Private sessions. You can cancel them or change the date before the session day. Same-day and past sessions cannot be moved or cancelled in the portal.
Cancel a session
1Select Book → Private sessions (use the chooser if Book shows more than one option).
2Under Coming up, find the session and select Cancel.
3In Cancel this session?, review the details. Cancelling reverses credits and unpaid charges, and refunds card payments when possible.
4Select Cancel session to confirm, or Keep session to go back.
Change the date or time
1Under Coming up, select Change date on the session you want to move.
2In the Change date dialog, pick a new available day and time. Your current date is highlighted; available days are marked.
3Select Confirm new time. There is no extra charge — your payment stays the same. Or select Keep current time to leave the booking unchanged.
