Cancel a group lesson enrollment
Drop a household member from a group lesson before the first class starts.

You can cancel a group lesson enrollment yourself before the session’s first class date. After the package has started, Cancel enrollment is no longer available in the portal — contact your club if you need help.
Steps
1Select Book from the member portal navigation, then Book lessons if you see a chooser.
2On Lessons, find the Cancel before the first class section (above or near Your lessons when a cancellation is still allowed).
3Select Cancel enrollment next to the person whose seat you want to release.
4In Cancel this enrollment?, review the message. It explains that the person’s spot will open up again and you can re-enroll later if space is still available.
5Select Cancel enrollment to confirm, or Keep enrollment to go back without changes.
