Message the club
Send a private note to management and check when the club has seen or replied.

Use Message the club to send a private note to management — a problem, suggestion, praise, or anything else. Other members cannot see what you write. After you send, your message stays on this page so you can track whether the club has seen it or replied.
Send a message
1On Home, open the Message the club card and select Send a message, or open Message the club from Club services or Settings.
2Under What is this about?, choose Problem, Suggestion, Praise, or Something else.
3Optionally enter a Subject (for example, locker rooms or guest policy).
4If your club has more than one location, optionally choose a Location and Facility so staff know where you mean.
5Write your note in Message.
6Optionally turn on Send anonymously if you do not want your name shown to staff.
7Select Send message. You should see Your message was sent to the club.
Check status and replies
Under Your messages, each note shows a status badge. Select a message to expand it and read the full text.
- Sent — the club has received your message.
- Seen — staff acknowledged your message or marked it resolved.
- Club replied — management left a response you can read under Reply from the club.
