How to get back into your member account when you've forgotten your password.

If you've forgotten your password and can't sign in, your club can send you a new sign-in link by email. Clicking that link takes you to a page where you set a new password and get back into the portal. This is different from changing your password while signed in — this is for when you're locked out entirely.
Reset your password
1Contact your club and ask them to resend your member portal invitation.
2Check your email for a message from your club and open the sign-in link inside.
3You will land on a page titled Create your member account. Enter a new password — at least 8 characters — and select Continue.
4You will be signed in and taken to the member portal.
