Welcome to Agora

Agora is your club's member portal. From here you can check your membership, pay dues, book facilities or lessons, browse events, and manage your account — all in one place. Your club sent you an invitation email to get started; once you've signed in and completed onboarding, this portal is where everything lives.

What's inside the portal

• Home — your membership overview, upcoming events, and recent bookings at a glance.
• Agreements — review club documents, sign what's outstanding, and reopen PDFs you already agreed to.
• Message the club — send a private note to management (problems, suggestions, or praise).
• Dues — view your current balance, open invoices, and payment history.
• Book — reserve facilities, enroll in group lessons, or book private sessions (depending on what your club offers).
• Events — browse events your club has posted and RSVP.
• Household — manage the people on your membership account.
• Payment methods — add or update the card used for dues and other charges.
• Concessions — check your concessions balance and view purchase history.

Before you sign in for the first time

• Check your email for an invitation from your club. It contains a link to create your password and access the portal for the first time.
• Once you've signed in, Agora will walk you through a short onboarding to confirm your contact details, household information, and family contacts.
• If your club requires membership agreements, onboarding also asks you to review each PDF and type your name before you can finish setup.
• After onboarding you'll land on Home, where you can explore the rest of the portal.
