Understand your dues invoice
Learn what the Dues page shows — your balance, invoice breakdown, due date, and payment status.
Updated July 11, 2026
The Dues page is your billing home for membership charges in the member portal. It shows what you owe for your current period, when payment is due, and your payment history. Guest fees and other incidentals are tracked separately on Account balance.
What you'll see on the Dues page
- Balance due — the total amount currently outstanding on your membership account, with a status badge beside it.
- Due date — shown below your balance as Due [date] or Past due [date] when you owe money.
- Open invoices — individual charges your club has sent for online payment. Each row shows a name, amount, and due date. Select Pay on a row to pay that invoice.
- Balance breakdown — a line-by-line list of what makes up your total balance when no separate open invoices are shown. Common lines include membership dues, an initiation fee, or tier adjustments.
- Other balances — additional line items that are not yet covered by an open invoice, shown below Open invoices when both are present.
- Payment history — a record of payments recorded against your account, including check or cash payments your club has logged. Online payments include receipt links when available.
What the status badges mean
- Paid up — your balance is zero or fully settled for the current period (green badge).
- Due — you have a balance due that has not yet passed the due date (blue badge).
- Overdue — your balance was not paid by the due date (red badge). The balance card also uses a red background to show action is required.
